October 26, 2014 - When autumn delights! Drakamöllan Naturreservat
Put a Sunday off from commitments child by her grandmother, pleasant temperatures and weather that promises well, what better way to get in motion! At 0900 are already on the road. I leave the city and head for Torup. As if by magic, the landscape changes and I find myself immersed in the magic of the fall colors. A thousand shades of green, orange, yellow, red, a symphony of colors to be enchanted. At every corner, street or landscape, it seems that someone has given a splash of color. The smell of fresh air, the silence, the peace of this place filled with serenity, you instill a comfort that is hard to explain with words. I stop at a small lake where fishermen revel in fishing. Immediately after the road a pleasant surprise. Near the tiny village of Sillaröd, adjacent to a water course one of the few water mills and best preserved of all the Skania. In function up to 1922, is characterized by its paddle wheel below the structure, where the flow of the water fed from a short cascade, it allows the operation. A little gem nestled in a really beautiful. I continue my path until you reach the small but beautiful nature reserve Drakamöllan near Kivik. Here, nestled in a charming setting the Drakamöllans Gårdshotell, a fantastic hotel consists of three ancient buildings of the area. Near the parking lot of the reserve, an area for picnics. I take this opportunity to eat something. Today I wanted to cuddle, so I brought along with mocha behind the jar of Nutella and bread !!! What better combination of bread and nutella and coffee! Now it takes me a nice walk. As if by magic the sun shines and the sky becomes blue. I follow the marked route of approximately 2.5 km. The trail passes through wooded areas and large lawns. All around, once again the magic of autumn. What a remarkable sight. After the walk, I take the bike to take a short detour on the east coast just long enough to breathe the sea air. Then I continue again through wooded areas and long dirt roads to reach about a mile from Stenshuvud National Park. It 's already late and I do not have time to take a walk but the goal is another Kaffestugan the Annorlunda, a fantastic and traditional bar, let's call it, where paying 74 kr (about 8 €) you have the chance to sample buffet all homemade desserts, including deserve praise a fantastic lemon cake and a kind of kraffen scream, all washed down with coffee or tea. Could only end in the best way that great and lovely autumn day. Until next time.
